Positive: Mohamed and the rest of the staff were extremely accommodating and could not do enough for us. The location was brilliant, right in the heart of Medina, and 2 min walk from the Blue Gate. The roof tereace overlooked the Medina and the War Museum on the hill. Great little place with excellent staff! Good value for money.

Negative: The toilet seat was broken, which fell off during our stay. The door to the room itself was quite drafty, and since we stayed on the top floor, in the terrace room, this was noticeable. However, extra blankets were provided, so again, excellent customer service.
